One of my favourite AMT live experiences of all time (which is saying something). The whole Earth, Wind & Fire/disco freakout section took us (& our dancing feet) completely by surprise. Didn’t realise a recording was online until today, but a great reminder of happy times.
Favorite track: Doobie Wonderland ~ OM Riff From The Cosmic Inferno ~ Disco Pink Lady Lemonade Reprise ~ Speed Guru ~ Na Na Hey Hey.
This special line up of Acid Mothers Temple & The Cosmic Inferno was happened just for "MIMI Festival" in Marseille 2015.
We've played 3 shows, The Doom in London, "MMI Festival" in Marseille and Club Goodman in Tokyo then.
Though Acid Mothers Temple & The Cosmic Inferno has gone on a hiatus, The present Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O. took many songs over from this group.
It's the only one release of this special one up, also this digital album was released only for Bandcamp.

A reasonably old fan of the AMT lot, have listened to a lot of their albums over the years and seen them 2-3 times live. One of the greatest psychedelic bands I have had the pleasure to see live and meet too!
Anyway about this album, I love the remakings of dark star blues and blue velvet blues, the vocals work so well! IF you are into these guys highly recommend Ozric Tentacles as Ed's playing is on par with Makoto's (both very psychedelic). One of the best in the AMT catalogue in my opinion! atmosphere012

They are little bits like something else and a whole lot like nothing ever. Some really incredible musicians. Mind expanding and then some. Yes it is a wild trip and what a fun ride.
